Planning Process
As your Architectural Technician I can advise you on the legislation concerning planning and building regulations, and whether it needs to be complied with or not on your specific project. I will produce detailed architectural drawings for planning submission and deal with various authorities on your behalf making it a hassle free and enjoyable experience for you.
Preparing to Build
Once planning permission is obtained, I can prepare architectural drawings for building regulation applications with additional technical specifications/details which describe your agreed proposals and forward to selected builders to cost.
